1. About AE Jewelry and the Privacy Policy

In the event of a payment incident, your Data will be kept for the duration of the incident management, then for a period of three (3) to five (5) years depending on the severity of the incident.

Your Identification Data used, with your agreement, for the purposes of sending newsletters and other AE Jewelry publications will be kept for a period of three (3) years from their collection or your last contact (for example, a request for documentation or a click on a hyperlink contained in an email; however, opening an email cannot be considered as a contact on your part).

Your customer account on the Site will remain active as long as you have not decided to close it and as long as you make purchases on our Site. In the event of prolonged inactivity on your part for a period of three (3) years, this account will be deactivated.
