How to place an order on our AE Jewelry website?

Creating your account is essential to complete your order.
This will also allow you to then access the tracking and history of your purchases, as well as your personal information. But also will allow you to activate a 3rd year warranty free of charge.
To create your account, nothing could be simpler! Click at the top right, on the “My account” icon or create it directly when validating your basket. From then on, enter your email address and choose a password.
A confirmation email will then be sent to you at the address provided. Open your email box, possibly check your spam, and click on the link attached in this email to confirm the creation of your account on our site.
SELECT YOUR MODELS
Add the selected jewelry(s) to your cart. Select or not the engraving option to personalize your jewelry.
The model of your choice does not seem to be available? No worries. Contact us by clicking the button bellow:
VALIDATE YOUR BASKET AND THE GIFT OPTION
Click on the “Basket” icon at the top right of the site to preview it. If you wish to modify it, click on “View my basket”. You will then be redirected to your selection.
At this stage, AE Jewelry also offers you the option of adding a personalized card to your order with your message by checking “Gift options”.
Click on “Validate my basket” to access the next step. You can, of course, return to the contents of your basket at any time.
CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY
Then fill in the information fields relating to the delivery: name, address, and telephone number of the recipient. Your items are delivered everywhere in France, Corsica, and throughout the Eurozone.
Then select one of the two delivery methods offered by AE Jewelry:
Secure delivery – UPS carrier: estimated delivery time between 2 and 7 working days. The package is delivered by hand against signature.
Delivery by tailor-made courier, known as “White Gloves” service: this service is only available in Paris and nearby suburbs. You have the possibility to choose the desired delivery day and time slot. Delivery possible within half a day.
Once the delivery method has been selected, click on “Proceed to payment”.
CONFIRMATION & SECURE PAYMENT
At this stage, check the details of your order before making your payment. All transactions are secure. The Messika site is equipped with an encryption system aimed at protecting your personal data and payment data. Messika naturally undertakes not to keep your bank card details.
Several payment methods are offered:
- Bank cards (Visa, Amex, MasterCard)
- Paypal
- Payment in 2x, 3x or 4x without fees with Alma
- Apple Pay
By selecting your payment method, you have the option to specify your billing address. For a secure purchase, a 3D secure will be required for any order over €1,000.
YOUR ORDER IS CONFIRMED
Once payment is finalized, your order confirmation is displayed with its order number.
An email will also be sent to you with the details of your order. The latter will be validated as soon as possible by our service, once your payment has been accepted by AE Jewelry. At this time, you will receive a new order confirmation email with the attached invoice.
As a reminder, you can also consult your order history at any time and download your invoices by connecting to your AE Jewelry account.
Once your order has been validated, our teams will prepare your package with particular care. Each AE Jewelry order is enhanced in a bright and unique case.
Your order (excluding engraving type personalization) is shipped within 48 hours. A delivery tracking number is then sent to you by email. By clicking on it, you will be able to follow the delivery steps of your package.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once your order has been validated and prepared by our service, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to follow your order.
You can also consult your tracking directly via your AE Jewelry account. To do this, log in by clicking on the My account icon at the top right of our site, then select “My orders”. Then simply click on the tracking number.
WHAT IF MY JEWELRY DOESN'T SUIT ME?
You have 14 days to request a refund for your jewelry, and 1 month to request its exchange. All returns are free. Our team will respond to your request as quickly as possible and will organize the recovery of your package with our carrier.
