How to send a return request?

Please include:
Your online order number in the order confirmation email or in your invoice. You can find your invoices in “Your orders” in your private space. The reason for your return request.

Following your online purchase you have up to 14 days to request a refund and 1 month to exchange your jewelry. Our team will respond to your request as quickly as possible and will organize the recovery of your package with our carrier

PREPARE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE

Please include all original items that were part of your package. Our carrier will come and collect your package at a date and time that suits you directly at the address mentioned in your return request by email.

YOUR REFUND

Once your package has been received, please allow us 5 working days to process your request. Once your request has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund of your online order will be validated after receipt and verification of the condition of the jewelry. Your refund will then take place within 2 to 3 days. Any damaged jewelry cannot be refunded. As a reminder, any personalized jewelry (engraving) cannot be refunded or exchanged. A request for engraving can be made subsequently

We want to respond as best as possible to your request. To exchange a piece of jewelry you will be refunded for your jewelry in order to reorder online. In fact, as each piece of jewelry has a unique engraving number, we are obliged to re-issue an invoice and therefore make a new payment

MY AE JEWELRY ORDER HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order is announced as “Shipped” and the estimated delivery time has been exceeded, we invite you to contact our Customer Relations Department very quickly by email at the following address: [email protected] or to ask to be called back by telephone at your convenience by an AE Jewelry advisor, giving us your telephone number.

I HAVE A GIFT DELIVERED DIRECTLY TO THE PERSON RECEIVING THE GIFT. IF SHE DOESN'T LIKE THE JEWELRY, CAN SHE EXCHANGE IT?

If the AE Jewelry piece is not suitable, we invite you to collect it to make a return (within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the package) in order to place a new order. As a Customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your AE Jewelry purchase within 14 days without justification.
